Breakdown by Screen:

Toy Factory: Terrace Hall - Brown Teddy, Pink Teddy (level 27-35)
Toy Factory: Sky Terrace <1> - Brown Teddy, Pink Teddy (level 27-35)
Toy Factory: Cloud Terrace <1> - Brown Teddy, Pink Teddy (level 27-35)

All of the terraces are a decent and fast spawn rate and can be split with a party member (rarely 2) for optimal speed. Terrace hall is good for the high 20s and early 30s, same for Cloud and Sky Terrace <1>.

The terraces should be handled by just travelling from one side to the other - clearing out things as you go. If you choose to split it with a party member - declare an arbitrary break point - and split left and right. Terrace Hall has a lot of pass-through traffic so by that it becomes an inefficient training spot, but is best for you in you high 20's - because it is mostly brown teddies. Once you are more comfortable fighting pink teddies - move out of this screen as soon as you can. This applies to the terrace screens listed below as well.

Toy Factory: Sky Terrace <2> - Brown Teddy, Pink Teddy, Toy Trojan (level 33-40)
Toy Factory: Sky Terrace <3> - Pink Teddy, Roloduck, Toy Trojan (level 33-40)
Toy Factory: Sky Terrace <4> - Pink Teddy, Roloduck (level 33-40)
Toy Factory: Cloud Terrace <2> - Pink Teddy, Roloduck (level 33-40)
Toy Factory: Cloud Terrace <3> - Brown Teddy, Pink Teddy, Toy Trojan (level 33-40)
Toy Factory: Cloud Terrace <4> - Brown Teddy, Pink Teddy, Toy Trojan (level 33-40)
Toy Factory: Cloud Terrace <5> - Brown Teddy, Toy Trojan (level 33-40)

Cloud (2-5)/Sky Terrace (2-4) are good for your mid 30s up to about 40. Roloducks are fast, but easy to deal with and have a relatively low spawn rate. Trojans can be tough to handle until you can learn their dynamics but provide excellent experience.

Toy Factory: Sky Terrace <5> - Panda Teddy, Roloduck (level 35-45)

Sky Terrace <5> is the most difficult of the terraces - but by the time it becomes efficient for you, it might be better to move on to other areas. Still, if you can't always handle pandas alone - roloducks will be a nice change of pace.

Toy Factory:
- Panda Teddy (level 35-45)
Toy Factory: Zone 3 - Panda Teddy (level 35-45)
Toy Factory:
- Panda Teddy (level 35-45)

Panda Teddies are good for you mid-to-late 30s and early 40s until about 45. Their biggest problem is damage, because they pack a punch equivalent to Curse Eyes. That being said, when they are the only spawn on the map, assuming you learn the way the map lies - it can be a great source of experience.

In the horizontal-aligned toy factory screens, you approach it just like the terraces above - sweep from one side to the other - taking out the platforms as needed - or split it down the middle with a party member. Some of the screen are very expansive, so you might be able to fit a total of 3 party members comfortably if they don't kill quite as quick.

Toy Factory: Zone 4 - Panda Teddy, Tobo (level 35-50)
Toy Factory: Zone 5 - Panda Teddy, Tobo (level 35-50)
Toy Factory: Zone 6 - Panda Teddy, Tobo (level 35-50)
Toy Factory: Zone 5 - Panda Teddy, Tobo (level 35-50)

Tobos are tough until mastery is finished and final attack is well on its way. Although they aren't "difficult" to fight, I don't recommend fighting them until you are in your 40s - mostly because their weapon defense is high enough to make training on them difficult. I like Tobos much more than copper drakes - since they are much slower and deal a lot less damage.

As mentioned above, just sweep the screen as best you can. Not much else to say that hasn't been said.

Toy Factory: - Tobo (level 40-55)
Toy Factory: Zone 2 - Panda Teddy, Tobo, Master Robo (level 40-55)
Toy Factory: Zone 2 - Tobo, Master Robo (level 45-55)
Toy Factory: Zone 1 - Master Robo (level 45-55)

The aparatus room is a great area to split with one party member once you can handle them in 1-2 PS. I don't really use Slash Blast here too often, though it can be used to good effect on the two plaforms. The screen is large - but deceiving because most of it is empty of opponents. There are 2 platforms with tobos and then the bottom level with more tobos. You can split this with one party member to take the very bottom while you handle the entirety of the two platforms. Luckily, if you need to get away from the action - there's plenty of safe spots on the screen, which are all easy to get to.

Master Robos are even tougher and really can't be a reasonable training-only area until you're at least 45 and will serve you well until your mid-50s. Again, since they are slow, they can be fought earlier, but their defense makes it unreasonable until you are consistently doing 4-figures in damage. They also deal damage that is equivalent to copper drakes.

Zone 1 - like the aparatus room - is another great area to work in. Climbing in here is a lot more time consuming - so you really just let the platforms build up until spawn on your current one slows down, and then move onto the next. I generally start at the top right, go down one platform, then the center platform, then the bottom, back to the center and up the left side. With a party member who is slower than you, you can take the upper platforms while he takes care of the very bottom (coming up to the center if needed). There are fairly few "safe zones" on this screen - so if you need a place to rest - they are located between the top and 2nd platform on the right side, and between the top and center platform on the left. I think there might be one more safe spot - but make sure you know where they are in case you need to step away from the action for a moment (like adjusting your quick keys when you run out of HP pots for instance...).

Toy Factory: Secret Factory - Toy Trojan (no equipment drops) (special - level 40+)

The secret factory is a great source of experience once you are able to handle mobs of them. However, since you get no equipment drops in that screen, it will bleed your mesos dry if you let it. Not recommended for extensive training unless you have a good bankroll already (depending on how long you want to train there obviously). I also don't recommend this screen until at least your late 30s and early 40s.

Crossroad of Time - Tick, Tick-tock (level 35-40)
Whirlpool of Time - Tick-tock (level 35-45)

While the crossroad has a decent-enough spawn rate, the screen is not too good for training because the platforms are simply too diverse. With good speed and jump and with another party member, it can be split to reasonable effect, but it probably won't ever be a great training area. Still, if you choose to go there, bear in mind that tick-tocks deal a good amount of damage. Mid 30s to 40s is probably the best time to be here.

The Road of Time <2> - Chronos (levels 40-50)
The Road of Time <3> - Chronos (levels 40-50)

I've spent a little time here, and it seems it would be reasonable enough - assuming you had decent speed and jump boosts. Spawn could be a little faster for optimal purposes, but with one other party member it isn't too bad through your late 30s and 40s. Ultimately, there are better training areas to go to, however - so unless you are hunting for a mystic shield or one of their other drops - they just aren't worth going to. It should be noted that most of their other drops are covered by better monsters as well (mystic shield being the exception).

The Road of Time <1> - Platoon Chronos (level 45-55?)
Lost Time <1> - Platoon Chronos (level 45-55?)

The biggest problem with platoons is they have an unavoidable magic attack that does upwards of 120 damage per hit. Unless you are able to take them down with one swing - they are a costly enemy to fight. A warrior probably has little business fighting them, unless hoping for an esther shield for quick and tidy profits. Like the chronos maps - these maps are large and hard to manage and the spawn isn't exactly an ideal one.

The Road of Time <4> - Master Chronos (level 50+?)
Lost Time <2> - Master Chronos (level 50+?)

Master Chronos are especially nasty, so take care when heading to them. Their magic attack is more powerful - they are harder to kill, etc. Like the chronos maps - these maps are large and hard to manage and the spawn isn't exactly an ideal one.

Warped Path of Time <1> - Buffy, Lazy Buffy (level 70+)

The spawn rate is not attractive but even worse is the map. A lot of climbing while not every ladder can lead you to an upper level. All monsters under Path of Time use magical attack so better come here in late 70s unless you party with a priest. (If you got a priest, why bother to come here? There is even no heal damage for priest.)

Warped Path of Time <2> - Buffoon, Deep Buffoon (level 70+)
Warped Path of Time <3> - Buffoon, Ghost Pirate (level 80+)

Ghost Pirates
(warning: pot eaters; you had better be able to kill within 7 hits otherwise they are not really worth it. good luck finding a priest willing to come as they will not be able to heal these to death)
(pros: great exp, although not quite as good as MDT)

Unbalanced Time - Dual Ghost Pirate (levels 85+?)
Warped Path of Time <4> - Spirit Viking (level 85+)
Twisted Time - Gigantic Spirit Viking (level 95+)
Warped Passage - Gatekeeper (level 105+)
Forgotten Path of Time <1> - Soul Teddy, Master Soul Teddy (level 70+)

Similar to Warped Path of Time <1>, a lot of climbing while not every ladder can lead you to an upper level. MST got a high HP/exp ratio (40+) while that for 80+level monsters is less than 30. I will just try to look for a priest here and form a party for another place.

Forgotten Path of Time <2> - Klock, Dark Klock (level 80+)
Forgotten Path of Time <3> - Death Teddy (level 80+)
Lost Time - Master Death Teddy (level 85+)

Probably best off to have a priest partied with you, but make sure you have the accuracy to hit them fully in order to take full advantage of it.

Once you can hit them fully, the experience is wonderful, though you'll need to watch the potion use (unless you did party with a priest).

Forgotten Path of Time <4> - Phantom Watch (level 85+)
Forbidden Time - Grim Phantom Watch (level 90+)
Forgotten Passage - Thanatos (level 100+)

Special note about Lost Time Maps (pretty much anything marked in the "red" levels): When training solo, these maps can be exceedingly expensive. As such, it is usually recommended to party for the bulk of your training in these areas to reduce that expense, especially with a priest with bless (if you need the extra accuracy), heal and holy symbol. Also, since none of these level recommendations are based on my own experience, please correct me if I am incorrect. I have gleaned this information off of other "Where Should I train topics" here on Sleepywood and other forums.

Tower training: In general, train from the top down and then back up. The spawn on all of the inner tower screens is pretty high and will certainly keep you busy (with the possible exception of screens with trixters). If you want more mobbing, stay on the top/bottom for a few extra kills and then proceed to the other end.

The spawn on the outside tower screens is a little harder to control because the platforms are difficult to manage as a close-range fighter and sometimes you can get knocked from your perch. When training on these screens, identify the "dead ends" that will hinder you and only head up them if the spawn is stuck because of it.

EOS 100th floor - Latz (levels 30-40)
EOS tower: 99th - Latz (levels 30-40)
EOS tower: 98th - Latz, Dirty Ratz (levels 30-45)
EOS tower: 97th - Latz, Dirty Ratz (levels 30-45)
EOS tower: 96th - Dirty Ratz (levels 35-45)
EOS tower: 95th - Dirty Ratz (levels 35-45)

Latz are decent around the early to mid 30s and enjoy a good spawn rate. The same can be said for dirty ratz - though closer to 40 would be more optimal. Dirty ratz pack a bit of a hard punch - so you should expect your income to take a bit of hit when you go to them.

EOS tower: 94th - Dirty Ratz, Trixter (levels 30-40)
EOS tower: 93rd - Dirty Ratz, Trixter (levels 30-40)

Floors with trixters are not very good for training despite somewhat reasonable spawn rates. The need for jumping to hit some of them and waiting for them to come into range for others - just makes it too slow for efficient training. However, since you can train on them without getting hit - you can train on the trixter-exclusive screens as soon as you have enough accuracy and damage to take them down in 1-2 hits. When combined with dirty ratz, just make sure you are mid 30s to 40 to handle it. However, in the end, they still aren't very efficient training.

EOS tower: 92nd - Chirppy, Helly (levels 35-45)
EOS tower: 91st - Chirppy, Helly (levels 35-45)

As a warrior, flying opponents are always difficult. This means that screens with chirppies and hellies are difficult to train on, despite the creatures being relatively easy to kill. That being said - the spawn is difficult to control and the map is so large and tall that training with a party member is probably much better. The screens are pretty reasonable from your mid-30s until 40s.

EOS tower: 75th - Drum Bunny, Chirppy, Helly (levels 35-45)
EOS tower: 74th - Drum Bunny, Helly (levels 35-45)

The addition of drum bunnies makes the outer tower screens slightly better - so if you are partied with a good ranged attacker - it might be a good enough screen to train on. Still - the flying opponents will give you trouble - so keep that in mind. The spawn rate on these two screens in particular are not great - but are reasonable for training in your mid to late 30s and early 40s.

Drum bunnies also carry a bunch of good drops - so they have extra equity beyond training value.

EOS tower: 73rd - Trixter (levels 20+)
EOS tower: 72nd - Trixter (levels 20+)
EOS tower: 71st - Trixter, Green Trixter (levels 20+)

Trixter-only screens are not very good for training - as mentioned above - and probably should only be attempted if you are hunting for seclusion wristguards. That being said, I'm still of the opinion that it isn't really worth it.

EOS tower: 60th - Drum Bunny, Chirppy (levels 35-45)

This screen has a decent spawn and can be handled well with another party member to take care of the chirppies. Mid to late 30s like the above.

Drum bunnies also carry a bunch of good drops - so they have extra equity beyond training value.

EOS tower: 59th - Drum Bunny, Helly, Propelly (levels 40-50)
EOS tower: 58th - Drum Bunny, Helly, Propelly (levels 40-50)
EOS tower: 57th - Drum Bunny, Propelly (levels 40-50)

The addition of propellies make these screens much more difficult and again, a fighter will be well paired with a ranged attacker. Propellies deal a decent amount of damage too and are not exactly easy to take down. Mid 40s is probably ideal here.

Drum bunnies also carry a bunch of good drops - so they have extra equity beyond training value.

EOS tower: 56th - Trixter, Green Trixter (levels 20+)
EOS tower: 45th - Trixter (levels 20+)

Trixter-only screens are not very good for training - as mentioned above - and probably should only be attempted if you are hunting for seclusion wristguards. That being said, I'm still of the opinion that it isn't really worth it.

EOS tower: 44th - Trixter, Bloctopus (levels 35-45)
EOS tower: 43rd - Trixter, Bloctopus (levels 35-45)

As with the trixter-dirty ratz boards, these screens aren't really ideal because of the trixters that will get in the way. Bloctopus is a decently difficult enemy in your early 40s - but these screens probably aren't ideal for training because of the trixters.

EOS tower: 42nd - Bloctopus (levels 35-50)
EOS tower: 41st - Bloctopus (levels 35-50)

These screens are very decent for the warrior - because of their high-spawn and good mobbing areas. For your early to mid 40s this can be a great source of experience. They do punch well, so be prepared.

EOS tower: 25th - Propelly, Planey (levels 40-50)
EOS tower: 24th - Propelly, Planey (levels 40-50)

Planeys are also pretty tough because of their flying nature. These screens aren't really recommended for a fighter, but if you want - try it around your early and mid 40s.

EOS tower: 23rd - Bloctopus, King Bloctopus (levels 40-50)
EOS tower: 22nd - Bloctopus, King Bloctopus (levels 40-50)

King Bloctopus adds a certain toughness to these screens and probably shouldn't be tackled until you can avoid their attacks with reasonable skill. That being said, they are good for your mid 40s.

EOS tower: 21st - Planey, Tweeter (levels 40-55)

This screen is simply tough. Unless you need the tweeter drops - I don't recommend this screen unless with a good ranged party member or with a good plan of attack. You will probably find yourself falling a good deal here.

EOS tower: 10th - Bloctopus, Block Golem (levels 40-50)
EOS tower: 9th - Bloctopus, Block Golem (levels 40-50)

Block golems are a great source of experience and are solid throughout your 40s. Paired with bloctopus this screen is a good variety for your early to mid 40s.

EOS tower: 8th - Block Golem, King Block Golem (levels 40-60)
EOS tower: Hidden Tower - Block Golem, King Block Golem, Rombot (levels 40-60)

Adding King Block Golems and eventually Rombot - these levels are good for you mid to late 40s and throughout the 50s. Rombot obviously provides a good change of pace - but shouldn't be done exclusively - because you will burn through potions from his hard hits.

Paired with a decent fighter party member - the spawn can be kept at a very good rate to avoid the need to climb the whole map. In your late 40s, training on floor 8 can be extremely good since the spawn is fast enough to keep you constantly occupied.

Hidden Tower will have occasional visitors, so it may not be ideal on crowded servers or during peak play times. For levels before 45, these floors are great experience but will burn through your potions like crazy.

Floor 8 is a nice alternative to Jr. Yetis and can be done a little earlier in your career.

EOS tower: 7th - Planey, Tweeter (levels 40-55)
EOS tower: 6th - Planey, Tweeter (levels 40-55)

This screen is simply tough. Unless you need the tweeter drops - I don't recommend this screen unless with a good ranged party member or with a good plan of attack. You will probably find yourself falling a good deal here.

EOS tower: 5th - Dirty Ratz, Block Golem, King Block Golem (levels 40-60)
EOS tower: 4th - Dirty Ratz, Block Golem (levels 40-50)

The dirty ratz don't offer much when paired with the block golems unless you use them in order to avoid attacks from the block golems (by getting hit by the dirty ratz). Still, it is probably a little better than the screens with the bloctopus and block golems, but only marginally so. Throughout your 40s, this should be decent enough.

EOS tower: 3rd - Dirty Ratz (levels 35-45)
EOS tower: 2nd - Latz, Dirty Ratz (levels 30-45)
EOS tower: 1st - Latz (levels 30-40)

Latz are decent around the early to mid 30s and enjoy a good spawn rate. The same can be said for dirty ratz - though closer to 40 would be more optimal. Dirty ratz pack a bit of a hard punch - so you should expect your income to take a bit of hit when you go to them.

Omega Sector

When OS came out, I was already in my mid 5x levels, so there wasn't much that could compare for leveling rate. However, I did fight many of the monsters there and found that for their exp, they hit pretty hard and many of them had magic attacks (which is bad for a warrior).

That being said, there are still some gems in the Omega Sector screens:

List of screens with Monsters and Rough Level Recommendations
Off Limits - Mateons (levels 40-50)
Boswell Field I - Mateon, Plateon (levels 40-50)
Boswell Field II - Mateon, Plateon (levels 40-50)
Boswell Field III - Mateon, Mecateon, Plateon (levels 40-50)
Mateon Field - Mateon (levels 40-50)
Boswell Field IV - Mecateon, Plateon (levels 40-55)
Plateon Field - Plateon (levels 40-55)
Boswell Field V - Mecateon, Plateon (levels 40-55)
Mecateon Field - Mecateon (levels 45-55)
Boswell Field VI - Mecateon, Plateon (levels 40-55)
Defeat Monsters - Mecateon, MT-09, Plateon (levels 45-60)
Kulan Field I - Barnard Gray, Zeta Gray (levels 40-50)
Kulan Field II - Barnard Gray, Zeta Gray (levels 40-50)
Kulan Field III - Barnard Gray, Ultra Gray, Zeta Gray (levels 45-55)
Barnard Field - Barnard Gray, Chief Gray (levels 40-55)
Kulan Field IV - Chief Gray, Ultra Gray, Zeta Gray (levels 45-60)
Kulan Field V - Chief Gray, Ultra Gray, Zeta Gray (levels 45-60)

Off Limits - Mateons (levels 40-50)

Since this is so close to Omega Sector's town, this screen has a lot more traffic than the other screens. Solo, this screen has little to offer other than a constant spawn rate - mostly because of random people passing through.

If you did party here to deliberately keep the spawn rate up, it could probably handle 2-4 people because the map is so large, but I doubt you'd be earning a great rate. In any case, do not come here until you can consistently take them down with a PS/FA or 2 PS. If you can't do that - you may find the area too expensive since their magic attack is pretty powerful.

Mateon Field - Mateon (levels 40-50)

A far better choice if you want to train on Mateons, this screen enjoys a high spawn rate, two distinct levels with a few sub platforms and it is out of the way. Split this screen up with 1-3 others and you will find it is the most optimal for gaining exp from 99exp creatures. Solo it is a little too big to make effective use - but I'd recommend clearing out the bottom until the spawn slows and then slash blast the upper levels accordingly.

Boswell Field I and II - Mateon, Plateon (levels 40-50)

These screens are probably a little better to train on, even with the tougher Plateons. Plateons however do not have a magic attack - so they are more suitable to warriors to fight. I'd say these screens are better for an equivalent leveled warrior than the Off limits screen. That said Plateons are fairly quick - so learn to time your attacks well.

These screens are also a little easier to party and split up because of the accessible platforms and smaller screen with a high spawn rate. That said - it should work well for solo training as well.

Plateon Field - Plateon (levels 40-55)

As said, Plateons are much more suitable for warrior-training than mateons since they don't have a magic attack. This screen, with a high spawn rate, and a party member or two should work well. I have never been there myself.

Boswell Field III - Mateon, Mecateon, Plateon (levels 40-50)

This screen has too wide a range of opponents to make it a truly effective training area. If you insist on it - you will be switching often among the monsters and take a fair amount of bump and magic damage from multiple opponents if you are not careful.

The mecateon magic attack is roughly equivalent to the damage from Lunar Pixies and they have a comparably higher weapon defense and hit points.

Boswell Field IV and V - Mecateon, Plateon (levels 40-55)

This screen works a little better as you get higher leveled and need just a little extra on your exp per kill. Like Mateons, Mecateons are best to train on when you can take them out in 1PS/FA or 2 PS. Try to avoid slash blasting - as their unavoidable magic attack is not pleasant.

Mecateon Field - Mecateon (levels 45-55)

As expected, this screen can be good training once you learn to fight Mecateon's effectively. The downside is there are many platforms and not all of them are easy to get to. If you like to jump while training - this screen is perfect for that. Again though, until you can kill them without getting hit by its magic attack - you should probably stay away.

In my opinion, even when you do though, this screen cannot compare to the benefits of fighting at Defeat Monsters.

Defeat Monsters - Mecateon, MT-09, Plateon (levels 40-56)

There's very little for warriors in Omega Sector during the 50s - although I can see it being relative heaven for those in the 40s. That being said, Defeat Monsters is a hidden street that is similar in value to Hidden Tower.

The spawn on this screen is fast and the occasional MT-09s that spawn help keep the exp rate up. I haven't explicitly timed their respawn rate, but I am almost certain it is a faster rate than rombot and they spawn on three different platforms.

I have never done this screen with a party - so I'm not sure how well it would split up for those purposes.

Kulan Fields

I'm just going to sum this up quickly. All of the grays are effective magic casters and as such can whittle away your hp quickly if you aren't careful. The flying zeta grays are not at all worth training on as a warrior (like most flying creatures for a warrior).

Ultras and Chiefs are high damage opponents but produce a high rate of exp. I have never gone to the Barnard Field (didn't even know it was there...), but looking at it - it might be the best of the fields to go as a warrior - depending on the rate of Chief Grays there.

For the most part though, the Boswell fields are better for a warrior to train at than the Kulan fields, unless you are specialized in avoiding the magic attacks and such.
